The Veterans For Peace, JON CASTRO CHAPTER 19 in Palm Springs, gave Dr. Rodney Turner the Physician of the Year award for his great work helping vets with HIV/AIDS. The award was presented on Memorial Day at the annual VFP luncheon observing the sacrifices of America’s veterans.
